Just came back from dinner with Albert and Melissa. I remember how I chuckled when I first saw the filenames of their courtship photos when I helped them to put together a slideshow for their wedding dinner. Melbert. Strangely adequate. Almost as if this word has existed forever and the two names were always meant to be one.

The biggest joy in the dinner was the celebration of new life in this new blissful family. Mel, sorry to nag, but you gotta watch that stress level at work ya? I’m not sure exactly what to recommend – Zen/meditation music before sleep? Aromatherapy? Anything to relax yourself after work. We’ve been brought up to really build the resilience of our mind. So much that what the mind’s able to take could sometimes be too much for the body. The first three months are extremely crucial. Bert, u gotta pamper her even more than usual, if that’s possible
